How do I track my order?

Once you pay, you'll be redirected to a tracking screen. You can also find your active orders in the "Orders" tab of the app.

What if an item is unavailable?

Your runner will propose a substitute or a price change. You'll receive a notification to approve or reject the change in real-time.

How do refunds work?

If an order is cancelled or an item is unavailable and you don't want a substitute, the refund is processed back to your original payment method via Paystack within 3-5 business days.

I want to be a Runner. How do I join?

Download the FetchAm app, create an account, and switch to "Runner Mode" in your profile. You'll need to upload a valid ID for verification.
